Customer statements
"Mental wellbeing is a topic we want to support in our team, and through Lea’s talk on mental wellbeing and ‘sustainable success’, we gained new perspectives and tools to actively continue working with it - both individually and as a team.
Given Lea’s background as a management consultant, she had a strong understanding of the audience, and together we tailored a presentation that met our specific needs with a well-balanced mix of theory and practice. During the session, Lea came across as both professional and relatable, and she did a great job engaging the whole group of around 30 people.
As part of the presentation, she shared five “life hacks” that participants could (start to) implement in their everyday lives - many of which I know have been embraced afterwards. Our work with mental wellbeing certainly doesn’t stop here, but Lea’s talk was a great contribution to how we can move forward.”

"Lea’s mission - to empower us to be professionally ambitious while also taking care of ourselves - could not be more relevant for our members. This was clearly reflected in the fact that her talk was one of the most popular of the year, and completely sold out. The presentation was a rewarding and insightful mix of personal experiences, theory, an overview of key societal trends affecting our mental health, and, not least, concrete tools and exercises that the audience could take home with them. We won’t hesitate to book Lea again."
